This large buffet/Hutch had one owner who purchased it in the 1960s for their home in Atlanta.  This unit comes in two pieces - the top piece and base are both sturdy and in good condition.  Three cabinets with shelves in the base with decorative doors that need to be attached.  The entire piece needs TLC, cleaning, and minor repairs, hence the low price.
