Vintage 1950s Pedestal Ruby Red Teardrop Glass Bowl  

The 1950s Ruby Red Indiana Glass ~ Teardrop Compote Dessert Pedestal Bowl. This bowl has beautiful details, a scalloped rim, and a teardrop design. There are no chips or cracks. The ruby red color wasn't baked into the glass; they found it cheaper to apply the paint, so the inside is a delicate surface. With small imperfections, this is a beautiful bowl to display as a centerpiece in your home.

This dish was purchased new in the 1950s and remained with the original owner.  She is downsizing and is now available for purchase.

Disclosures:  This case is in good condition with signs of wear, including fading of the red inside the bowl.  There are NO chips or scratches in the glass.  See pictures for details.
